Which training program is right for me?

Several factors influence what Healthmaster training solution is right for you. Some of the most common factors that influence your decision are availability, equipment (hardware), location, dates, convenience and the number of participants. By reviewing each training program thoroughly, you should be able to determine which program is right for you. If you are still unsure, the training experts at Healthmaster are happy to guide you through your options.

Do I need experience with HealthOffice to take training?

Although experience is helpful, it is not required. Each HealthOffice training concept is thoroughly covered.

Are there any prerequisites?

Yes, in order for your Healthmaster Training to be effective, each participant must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows®. Basic Windows
® skills enable the user to focus on HealthOffice concepts, not on PC operations.

How do I reserve training dates?

We are happy to share with you available training dates for any of our training programs, however all training dates are reserved based on the receipt of a purchase order . After a purchase order has been received, the customer requested dates are confirmed. A confirmation letter is sent to you by Healthmaster Training as your proof of reservation.

Do I need any special equipment for training?

On Site Training is conducted locally at your computer training lab or classroom. Our Internet Training program is conducted on any PC with an Internet connection and a phone line (for the audio portion of the training.) Our Regional Training Conferences do not require equipment.  Once you have made your training decision, Healthmaster will contact you with a specific list of training requirements.

Can I take one day of On Site Training? 

Our experience has shown us that one day training programs always lead the customer to additional "follow-up" or "refresher" days of training.  This in the long run proves to be more expensive for the district customer.  If at all possible we always recommend our full On Site Training Program designed for two consecutive days.

Why does Healthmaster limit the number of people participating in On Site Training?

 

At Healthmaster Training we believe the quality of your training is directly related to the quantity of the participants. Our On Site Training is "Performance-Based". This means that training is conducted “hands on”. Limiting the number of participants enables the district to achieve a much higher program retention rate.

What are "Training Expenses"?

Training expenses are the entire out of pocket expenses incurred by Healthmaster. These expenses accompany our On Site and Seminar based training programs. All On Site and Seminar programs are at or near customer locations. Healthmaster Training is happy to supply expense estimates to any training customers, before final booking. What do I do if I have questions after the training is completed?

All Healthmaster customers enrolled in our continuous user support program may call our toll free number with any detailed problems or questions. Other alternatives are found in the software Help program as well as our HealthOffice program and training materials.

Do I have to buy the software for your Internet Training Program?

No, All Healthmaster Internet Training software is free.  It is installed as you start the Internet Training course you have scheduled.  Once you have purchased and registered for  Internet Training, you will receive information that will guide you through the process.

How often do Regional Training Conferences occur?

All Regional Training Conferences are booked based on customer interest. We offer several suggested locations but Conferences may occur any number of times in one location. This is based on customer interest.

Why isn't training included with the HealthOffice Software?

HealthOffice is a software program. Healthmaster Training is a service offered to HealthOffice customers. All services of Healthmaster (including Customer Support) are available through continuous renewal or one-time charges.
