Every company that writes software feels that they have done the best job. It is the actual users who ultimately determine whether development efforts were worth the time. Below are some testimonials from nurses across the country. They provided these not for a fee but because they had feelings about our product and were willing to share them! Last Updated 05/01/2008
Our district purchased "Health Office" in Dec 07. So far I really like it. The daily meds format is great: a printable summary for subs, once the med is on the program you just hit "quick admin" and your done, it keeps the inventory and gives you a low level warning. There are "templates" that you make for office visits i.e. headaches, asthma assessments, etc. then you just click on the template and everything is pre filled (you can make changes or add to it as necessary). You can do group charting on vision/hearing i.e. all the passes. It is pretty user friendly. Since it is new, I have made several calls to ask program questions. The service dept has been great. The sales dept has called at least 4-5 times since Jan to make sure I am happy with it. I haven't have a chance to use to entire program yet i.e. reports. So far I am very happy with the program and the service.

I am the Medicaid Nurse for the biggest School District in Greenville County, South Carolina. We have almost 70,000 students and over 100 nurses. One can only imagine the mountain of paperwork, eligibility lists, and ICD-9 codes we were attempting to conquer. Three years ago we saw a demonstration of Health Office at our yearly nursing convention. We did an extensive search for other software to meet our needs and Health Office was far above everything else we investigated. We have been customers for 2 years now and not only have our profits increased, our nursing documentation is better, medication administration is easier, and Medicaid billing has become a pleasure not a problem. The support staff at Health Office is amazing. We actually talk to a person when we have problems and they care. Health Office is a wonderful addition to our District.

Beaufort County School District has been using the HealthOffice program since 2004 as the main source of documentation and billing for Medicaid eligible services including Speech/ Language Therapy, Occupation and Physical Therapy, School Nursing Services and Psychological Services. In the years since our switch to using the HealthOffice program, the reimbursements received have tripled previous amounts. As the recently appointed HealthOffice administrator, I am extremely pleased with the services that Healthmaster provides including billing support, technical support, and training. These individuals have been very attentive to our needs as a district and work diligently with us to ensure that we receive the maximum benefit from Medicaid reimbursable services. Our providers are extremely grateful to have a user friendly program for documentation of services they provide. I am excited to work with them and looking forward to the great things that we can continue to do to benefit Beaufort County School District students and I would be more than happy to recommend the program to any other potential users.

"Hello I'm the FASA at Elizondo Elementary, and this is the first year we are using HealthOffice. I think it is a wonderful tool to use, is practical, easy and very good to understand, even if you are not a computer whiz. They also give trainings all year round to make sure we understand, and a web site where you can contact them. Even if that is not enough, they are training our Nurses in advance in case you have an immediate question, by the way (my nurse is greeeat!). Thanks for making our job a lot better. [...] Thanks again. Rixy"

“We love the program. It has made our job much easier and our documenting is so much better. Our Medicaid reimbursement has increased which is a good thing. Your support staff that I work with (Matt) is wonderful. So patient and understanding ( I am not the best computer person in the world. He has helped me in so many ways. Mick also is great. They can just walk us right through problems and make them seem so simple. Very, very nice people. Thanks”

When I researched the possibility of using a computer program for my Clinic (stand alone with approximately 700 students) I wanted one that was easy to use. My computer skills were and are not advanced. At the time, it (HealthOffice 2000) appeared to be the easiest to use with the most amount of screens that I needed. I never took the course, and self taught myself the program which really is testimonial to the manual being written for nurses without hi tech computer skills. The great thing is that Healthmaster people really listen to your needs (as a nurse) and continue to make improvements on the program.
Sincerely, Joyce B. Tritt, RN * School Nurse - Epstein School - Atlanta, Georgia
I LOVE HEALTHOFFICE!!!!!! We researched many programs and liked this one the best!! The tech support is great, too.

Our nurses researched software for over a year. The Healthmaster product was the best out there, their support is terrific, we are all very happy with it.

Now our staff feels that they have the best of both worlds. The Healthmaster program meets our needs for the management of student health records. The interface with the Chancery WinSchool fits nicely with our continued use of that program. Things are really coming together nicely. The district is excited.
