HealthOffice Release Review

A high level overview of the enhancements and updates for HealthOffice version 5.5.  (Participants must have a basic working knowledge of HealthOffice to participate.)

HealthOffice Program Overview

A high level overview of the HealthOffice program.

Prescriptions

Creating and administering scheduled and PRN medications in HealthOffice.

Office Visits 

Overview of the common elements that create a patient office visit.  Learn the basics to create edit and track office visits.   Advanced features of the office visit including past entries (date or time).  Also documentation of the administration of an office visit from another examiner. Templates, global templates and quick events. 

Special Problems/Special Needs

Creating special problems and their associated special needs.  Administering scheduled and PRN special needs.

Immunizations

Adding immunization histories.  Making corrections to student immunization records.  Documenting exemptions, provisional admissions and immunities to scheduled (required) student immunizations.   

Health Exams (Screenings)

Creating individual and group health exams (screenings). Features to administer health exams quickly and effectively.

Form and Referral Letters, Care Plans and Notes

Creating form or referral letters to HealthOffice.  Attaching letters to student events. Care plan templates for the district and then individual care plans for each student.  Adding notes (personal, private and confidential) to a student record.  

Educational and Counseling Sessions

An overview of using HealthOffice Education and Counseling Sessions.  This includes district leader configuration and daily usage.

Reporting

Extracting data from HealthOffice through Reports. Extracting report information from event and demographic information in the main program.  Learning the step-by-step process of report selection.  Fine-tuning selected reports.  Overview of each report category.

HealthOffice Advance Features

Transfer, import, export, deleting and purging data from HealthOffice.  Year-end processing and transfer reports.

HealthOffice Program Review

This module is a review of the changes/updates to HealthOffice from the previous version to the latest version.  (Please note, this module is offered in limited duration.)
