HealthOffice Enterprise Immunization Compliance Update Steps

The immunization compliance files are located at http://www.healthmaster.com/immlocales.cfm

Please go to the above website to download the latest rules and import them using the HealthOffice Admin program. 

 

 

 

To Apply an updated compliance file, please complete the following steps:

 

Log in to Admin Program using your username credentials. 

NOTE: You must have admin rights to login into this program. Do not close the Admin Program until  all the steps are completed.

 

Step 1.    Import Immunization Compliance File.

      a. From the toolbar, Click on “Import“

      b. Select “Import Immunization Schedule“

      c. Select the file you saved from the Healthmaster website.

      d. Click “Load”

 

Step 2. Setup Immunization Locale

      a. Click on “Configuration”

      b. Select “Immunization Locale”

      c. Select your state from the drop-down menu

      d. Click on “Update”

      e. Click “OK” on the follow up message, then click on the Close button.

 

Step 3. Update Immunization History

      a. Click on “Database”

      b. Select “Update Immunization History”

      c. Click “Run”

      d. When the process completes, and the program informs you about the completion status, you can close the screen and the Admin Program.
