HealthOffice Enterprise
HealthOffice Enterprise, is the latest version of Healthmaster's industry leading suite of products designed to automate school health offices. HealthOffice Enterprise makes it easy for school nurses, special education service providers and health care professionals to quickly, accurately, and consistently record and detail every aspect of their health services. Less time is spent on paperwork and more time is spent on caring for the students.

Special Education
Schools who provide care in Audiology, Psychology, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Occupational Therapy now have a place for complete documentation including clinical notes. Schools that provide group exams for any of these Special Education events can complete them quickly and easily using the HealthOffice New Group Items list.
Global Templates
Our users love the Global Templates feature, which allows Districts/Schools to create an unlimited number of event templates that document their most recurring event situations. This feature not only saves time in completing events, it assists Districts/Schools with consistent documentation resulting in clear and consistent reporting.
Care Plans
Care Plans are here and operate in a full-blown Microsoft Word application! This template feature saves valuable time and reduces redundancy associated with creating care plans. Easy to use insert fields result in customized individual student information when the Care Plan template is linked to a student.
BMI and BMI Percentile Reporting and Form Letters
Does your district or school need BMI and BMI percentile documentation and reporting? Our HealthOffice program automatically calculates BMI and BMI percentiles, and our reporting selection criteria allow users and districts to set the BMI percent ranking as desired. For example, you can set the Growth Exam Summary report to view all students who have a BMI percentile of 90% or higher. Additionally, our Form Letter feature allows users to set insert fields for height, weight, BMI, and BMI percentile populating the most recent exam results.
Office Visits
HealthOffice documents every aspect of each student office visit: date, time, examiner, referral, location, examination data, treatment, results, actions and dispositions, and more. On five easily navigated tabs, Event, Assessments, Symptoms, Treatments, N.A.N.D.A. (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association) and the R.A.D. (Results, Actions and Dispositions) area can be quickly and accurately recorded. Critical data about the student, including demographic data, alerts as well as indications about medications, special problems or special needs are always visible. Emergency Information cards are always available on the HealthOffice toolbar.
Complete Student Record
The Complete Student Record consolidates everything the nurse needs to know about an individual student in one location. The multiple screen tabs document the students demographic and historical data. They track medications, special needs and special problems currently administered to the student and well as historically. The event screen will track past office visits, medication administrations, and health screenings. The immunization tab will show the student's current, past and outstanding immunizations. HealthOffice can electronically transfer all of this data into our system from a Student Administrative System and out to other schools if the student transfers.
Items Logged
The Items Logged shows completed events for a day, with summary information of each event , including Office Visit Type, Incident, Symptoms, medication and special needs Dose and Treatment, Results, Actions, Dispositions and Comments. Log entries are automatically created when events like Office Visits are created. You can document you entire day of work without creating any extra work!
Items Scheduled
The Items Scheduled log lists all scheduled events to administer for a day. Common examples of scheduled events include, Prescription Administrations, Health Exams, Office Visit Re-examinations and Scheduled Appointments. Scheduled Log entrees are automatically created for configured scheduled events that assist the nurse in tracking scheduled items they need to complete for the day.
Immunization History
HealthOffice's Immunization History organizes past immunizations dates into a secure grid of Immunization Series and Immunization Status (Due Now, Due Next, Current, Complete). HealthOffice categorizes immunizations by series that are required and other possible vaccines approved by the FDA. The entire immunization history card is based on National/CDC guidelines and can be altered to match State requirements. Past immunizations are added quickly and then secured by the card making it tamper proof.
Reporting
HealthOffice can generate virtually any kind of report or documentation needed in the health office or by the district or state agency. Demographics, immunizations, dispensed medications, referral reports and letters, special problems, year-end reports, complete health records, event logs, and statistics are just some of the over 160 standard reports. All reports may be customized through our sorting and criteria selections, giving the nurse or administrator unlimited documentation.
Security (Audit Log And Session Log)
HealthOffice is programmed to incorporate the highest degree of security and data integrity. It meets or exceeds the record keeping requirements HIPAA and FERPA. The program offers Multilevel data security with user / group and read / write permissions. It automatically documents changes to a medical record as part of a separate log attached to the record. It secures and protects "Sensitive" records with an additional barrier. Finally it logs all changes to a record: Who changed it, when it was changed, what it used to be, what it was changed to, and who viewed it.
Billing
HealthOffice can help identify and document health office services eligible for reimbursement by Medicaid and other federal and state health care programs, and help produce audit safe service documentation to prepare claim reports. By enabling districts to recover health office costs, HealthOffice can pay for itself many times over, providing outstanding return on investment.
