About Healthmaster.....

Healthmaster was founded in 1989 to develop and market a database management product to automate the school health office and enable schools to efficiently record and access the immunization and health histories of their student population. School health software and related, integrated Medicaid billing/clearinghouse services and risk management documentation/tracking are Healthmaster’s only business. 

Working with school nurses, special education health services providers and school district administrators throughout the country, Healthmaster constantly enhances its software to provide extremely secure, state of the art programs to address the needs of school nurses, special needs services and other healthcare professionals, school districts, county and state health departments and other governmental agencies for documenting, reporting, tracking and analyzing student demographic and health data.

Healthmaster continues working with its school nurse and other customers to enhance its software, incorporating new features and functionality to keep HealthOffice Enterprise the most comprehensive, state of the art software available. A new Risk Management module was added to the program in 2007 at the request of a large school district’s Risk Management department.

In 1999, at the request of many of its customers, Healthmaster began development of an optional, integrated, electronic Medicaid billing module that has subsequently been enhanced to include automated Medicaid clearinghouse and billing services. Over 5,000 healthcare professionals in more than 700 separate school districts in all 50 states have purchased Healthmaster software to document their student health records. Healthmaster, to the best of our knowledge, is the largest supplier of integrated student health record documentation and Medicaid billing software in the country and has the largest installed user base.
