1. Introduction
This release of Hot Fix B for HealthOffice™ 5.5 (All Editions) provides updates for the server database management system, including:
- (Hot Fix B) Fixes a performance issue with the person search screen that affected the general performance of the Main Program.
- (Hot Fix A) Fix to the immunization data import procedure that created duplicate values in the system under particular circumstances.
Following database objects have been updated:
- (Hot fix B) proc_selectlist_PersonsSearch - Fixed a sorting problem
- (Hot Fix A) proc_insert_ImmunizationHistory_Existing_ImmunizationHistoryGUID - Fixed existing dose lookup routine
NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW IN THE CORRECT ORDER FOR THE FIX TO UPDATE CORRECTLY!

1.2 Hot Fix Versions
If you are not sure which hot fix database version you have installed on the client machine running HealthOffice, you can verify the version by starting the Main program, from the menu bar selecting Help then About. Below the image on the about screen is text outlining the Release number, the service pack level (if any), the database version, and the database hot fix level (if any).
After applying Hot Fix B the text should look like:
Release 5.5.0XXX DBVersion: 236 B

2. Service Pack/Hot Fix Installation
To install the updates, use the following installation instructions.
For All Editions of HealthOffice 5.5:
The correct HotFix Bupdate procedures are as follows:
- Run UpdateImmunizationHistory prior to applying the HotFix (if not run yet).
- At the Database Server, download the Server Hot Fix B from the Healthmaster web-site at http://www.healthmaster.com/updates.cfm
- Open the Database Upgrade program, select the Updates button, select Apply Update button, select the downloaded update bundle to load the hot fix into the database
- Run the data import process containing immunization dates. Make sure “Overwrite Immunization Dates” option is checked.
